Training questions

Is training really free for DigiMark dealers? +

Yes — product training is free for registered DigiMark dealers and system integrators. If you buy from us, we want your installations to succeed. Register as a partner if you haven’t already.

How long does a training session last? +

Most sessions run 3–5 hours depending on topic. Advanced or multi-product sessions can run a full day. We will confirm the schedule when booking.

Do I receive a certificate after training? +

In-person training sessions receive a DigiMark attendance certificate. A formal online certification programme with graded modules is being developed — register your interest in the form above.

Can I request training for my whole team? +

Yes — group sessions for 5–20 participants can be arranged at any branch or, for large groups, at your premises in Dhaka. Contact us to arrange.
