How quickly will DigiMark respond to a technical support request? +

Technical support requests submitted via the form or WhatsApp are responded to within 4 business hours during Saturday–Thursday, 9am–6pm. For urgent issues, WhatsApp (+880 1979-234342) gives the fastest response. Critical installations (e.g., security systems for live premises) are prioritised — mention this in your request.

My product stopped working — what do I do first? +

First, check the troubleshooting section of our Technical Support page for common fixes. If unresolved, submit a support request with your product model, serial number and a description of the issue. Our team will advise whether it can be resolved remotely, or whether an RMA return is required.

Does DigiMark provide on-site support? +

Yes — on-site technical visits are available across Dhaka and Chattogram. Depending on the nature of the issue and warranty status, on-site visits may carry a service charge. Remote support (via phone, WhatsApp or TeamViewer) is always attempted first.

I need software or firmware for my device — where do I get it? +

Visit our Download Center. Datasheets are freely available for all products. For software, firmware and user manuals, you need to submit your device's serial number — this ensures you receive the correct, genuine version and protects against counterfeit firmware. Email info@digimarkbd.com with your model and serial number and we'll send the download link.

Does DigiMark offer training for installers and dealers? +

Yes — hands-on product training is available at all 7 DigiMark branches for system integrators, installers and dealer staff. Training covers installation, configuration and troubleshooting for ZKTeco, Hikvision, NexaKey and other brands. An online certification programme is currently being developed.
