We assess warranty eligibility within 2 business days and confirm via WhatsApp/phone.

Return the unit

Drop off at any DigiMark branch or courier to Motijheel (in original packaging where possible).

Repair or replace

Genuine warranty defects are repaired or replaced within 5–7 working days and returned to you.

Important: Do not return any product without first obtaining an RMA confirmation from our team. Unreferenced returns cannot be tracked and may cause delays.
