Introduction
In a full basement, the congestion is not at the entrance — it is drivers circling for a space. The Nexakey NEXA PARK guidance system uses ultrasonic bay detection rather than cameras to provide a free-space count at the entrance and an arrow at every junction. That matters here: camera-based guidance depends on reading number plates, and Bangla-script plates are not reliably read.
Key features
- Free-space count for 1 floor
- Up to 4 digits per row, red/green LED
- Tempered-glass front, steel cabinet
- AC 110–240 V, RS485
Why choose the NX-GD501
One floor: single-level car parks
For a single-level car park or a site where only the total count matters at the entrance. Do not specify this where drivers need to choose a floor before the ramp.
- Ultrasonic detection, so occupancy is unaffected by plate script or plate condition
- Scales from one floor to 31,250 bays on the same architecture
- Daisy-chain wiring keeps cable cost and installation time down
- Commissioned from an Android app rather than device by device
- Operates from −30 °C to +75 °C, comfortably inside a Bangladeshi basement
How it works
An ultrasonic sensor above each bay measures the distance to whatever is below it and lights its own indicator green or red. Up to 25 sensors daisy-chain on a network cable to a zone controller, which takes up to 50; up to 25 zone controllers report to a node controller over CAN at up to 1000 m; node controllers report to the central controller, which scales to 31,250 bays. The central controller updates the aisle displays and the entrance board in real time, and ParkGuide shows the same data as live occupancy and reports.
Where it is used
- Shopping mall basements: Where drivers circling for a space are the actual congestion.
- Hospital car parks: Visitors arriving under pressure need to find a space without searching.
- Airport and transport car parks: Large floor plates where signage alone is not enough.
- Commercial office towers: Tenant and visitor floors with different occupancy through the day.
- Mixed-use developments: Several levels with different user groups and different peak times.
Price & availability in Bangladesh
Supplied in Bangladesh by DigiMark Solution as a Project Solution item — quoted as a designed system rather than a unit, because the component count follows your floor plan. Pricing depends on quantity, configuration, and whether you buy as a reseller or for your own site, so we issue it directly rather than publish it.
Buy genuine from DigiMark Solution
Authorized supply, not grey-market import
DigiMark Solution supplies the Nexakey range as the brand owner for Bangladesh. You get genuine firmware, the correct accessories, and a warranty that is honoured locally — not a unit brought in through an unofficial channel with no support behind it.
Warranty and service across Bangladesh
Service and spares through our branch network in Dhaka and Chattogram, with engineers who commission the equipment on site rather than shipping it and leaving you to it.
Engineers who survey before they quote
Lane widths, ceiling heights, cable routes, and power arrangements decide what actually fits. We survey the site free of charge and confirm the design before anything is quoted.
Supplying this market since 2006
Twenty years supplying security and automation hardware to government, defence, NGO, corporate, hospital and factory clients in Bangladesh. Member of BCS and DCCI.
Project capability, not just boxes
Barriers, terminals, guidance and software from one supplier, integrated and commissioned as one system, with a single point of accountability when something needs attention.
Consider before buying
One floor: single-level car parks
For a single-level car park or a site where only the total count matters at the entrance. Do not specify this where drivers need to choose a floor before the ramp.
Guidance pays for itself in circulation, not in hardware
In a full mall basement, drivers circling for a space are the congestion. Showing free-space counts at the entrance and arrows on each aisle removes most of that circulation, which is what the client actually feels.
Ultrasonic, not camera-based, and that is deliberate
Camera-based bay guidance depends on reading number plates to offer car-finding, and Bangla-script plates are not reliably read by these systems. Ultrasonic bay detection does not depend on plate reading at all, so occupancy and guidance work correctly on Bangladeshi plates.
Design the cable runs before you price the sensors
Sensors daisy-chain up to 25 per run with up to 100 m per segment; a zone controller handles up to 50 sensors; a node controller up to 25 zones; and the central controller scales to 31,250 bays. The controller count follows the cable layout, so a floor plan is needed before any quotation is meaningful.
Commission with the configuration tool, not by hand
Setting several hundred sensors and displays individually is where guidance projects lose their schedule. The NX-CT310 pairs with an Android phone over Bluetooth and configures devices by infrared, which is what makes a full floor practical in a day.
