How Does the NX-BS310 Parking Bay Sensor Work?
An ultrasonic sensor above each bay measures the distance to whatever is below it and lights its own indicator green or red. Up to 25 sensors daisy-chain on a network cable to a zone controller, which takes up to 50. Up to 25 zone controllers report to a node controller over CAN at up to 1000 m. Node controllers report to the central controller, which updates the aisle displays and entrance board in real time.
