The NexaKey K2 No-Touch Exit Button is an infrared no-touch exit button supplied in Bangladesh by DigiMark Solution as an Authorized Distributor of NexaKey.
This is the component that frequently fails first on a controlled door. An exit button is pressed every time someone leaves—experiencing thousands of cycles a month on a busy door. Despite being one of the most affordable items on an access control door, its failure can trap people inside, making hardware reliability critical.
The unit switches a contact that is monitored directly by the access controller or lock power supply. When triggered by a hand gesture, the infrared sensor switches the contact, prompting the controller to release the electric lock for its configured duration. The contact configuration—normally open (NO), normally closed (NC), or changeover—must precisely match what your access controller expects; otherwise, the door will either fail open or never release.
The NexaKey K2 No-Touch Exit Button is widely deployed across corporate offices, garment factories, commercial banks, hospitals, research laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, universities, government installations, and defense facilities throughout Bangladesh.
DigiMark Solution is an Authorized Distributor of NexaKey for Bangladesh. Every unit is officially imported with original manufacturer specifications and a valid warranty, with RMA and customer service handled locally by our own service desk rather than being shipped abroad. Grey-market access hardware cannot be serviced locally—ours can.
DigiMark Solution has been Bangladesh's authorized Nexakey distributor. Every Nexakey K2 No-Touch Exit Button is 100% genuine with original firmware and official manufacturer warranty, backed by trained engineers for installation, configuration and RMA support nationwide. Bulk and corporate orders are welcome.
