ZKTeco F18 Pro — Standalone biometric access terminal with AI video analytics and cloud video intercom in Bangladesh
The ZKTeco F18 Pro is not an upgraded F18. It is a different class of product: a standalone biometric access terminal that also carries a 4 MP ultra-wide camera, AI video analytics, and a cloud video intercom. One unit replaces what would otherwise be three — a door reader, an entrance camera and an intercom.
The camera records QHD 2560 × 1440 at up to 15 fps in H.265, with an infrared illuminator reaching 5 metres. It switches automatically to infrared below 2 lux and back to colour above 6 lux, so the entrance is covered around the clock without anyone touching a setting.
It verifies by fingerprint, RFID card, and password and is managed through the Yoosee app, ZKBioTime, and ZKBio CVSecurity. DigiMark Solution is the Authorized Distributor of ZKTeco in Bangladesh — every unit ships with original firmware, official manufacturer warranty, and installation and RMA support from our own engineers across seven branches.
AI detection — including flame detection
The F18 Pro performs person, motion, vehicle, and flame detection on the device, pushing event-driven alerts to the Yoosee app. Person and vehicle detection are increasingly common. Flame detection is not — and at a factory gate, storeroom, or warehouse entrance, it quietly turns an access terminal into an early fire warning.
Video intercom and remote unlock
See and speak to whoever is at the door from anywhere, and release the lock from your phone. For a gated residence, clinic, or after-hours office entrance, this removes the need for a separate intercom system entirely. Event clips store to the Gwell cloud or a local TF card up to 256 GB — many buyers use local storage for routine footage and cloud only for critical events, avoiding a subscription.
Where it is used in Bangladesh
- Factory and warehouse gates — access, surveillance, and intercom from one unit
- Gated residences and apartment entrances — see and admit visitors from a phone
- Clinics and chambers — after-hours entry with visual verification
- Storerooms and secure areas — access logged and visually recorded together
- Branch offices — one device where a separate camera, reader and intercom would otherwise be needed
What else you need for a complete door
The terminal alone does not make a working access-controlled door. Budget for an EM lock sized to the door (280 kg for most, 500 kg for glass or main entrances), the correct ZL or U bracket, a regulated power supply with battery backup, an exit button on the secure side, and cabling. If you only need attendance and not door control, all of that can be skipped.
