C-YARK C-869C Conference Microphone Unit with Built-in Speaker System

The C-YARK C-869C is a wired conference chairman microphone unit with built-in hi-fi speakers, supplied in Bangladesh by DigiMark Solution as an authorized C-YARK Distributor.

Key features:

Built-in speakers — the room may not need a separate PA — Each unit carries dual hi-fi speakers. In a boardroom of moderate size that removes the need for ceiling speakers and an amplifier entirely, because every participant has a speaker in front of them. This is the single biggest cost difference between this system and a conventional conference setup.
Chairman priority cuts off every speaking delegate — One button mutes all delegate units currently speaking. In a contentious meeting, that is the control that actually matters, and it is why the chairman unit exists as a separate product.
Two 3.5 mm sockets — earphone and auxiliary input — Useful for a hearing-impaired participant, for an interpreter feed, or for connecting an assistive listening device at a single seat without affecting the room.
Placed anywhere in the loop, with no unit limit — The chairman unit does not have to sit at a particular position in the daisy chain, and the loop takes an unrestricted number of units. That removes a common constraint at installation.

Where it is used

The chairman, convenor or presiding officer position in a boardroom, council chamber or committee room.

Sizing a conference system

Three numbers decide the specification: seat count, room acoustics and whether proceedings are recorded.

Seat count — one unit per seat plus one chairman unit. Count fixed positions, not typical attendance.
Room acoustics — a hard-surfaced room with glass and tile will echo regardless of microphone quality. Treatment does more for intelligibility per taka than any equipment upgrade.

Recording — if minutes may be challenged or transcribed, specify a controller with built-in recording and the higher-grade capsule. Retrofitting recording afterwards costs considerably more.

Price on request. Conference systems are quoted as a complete room, not per unit — the controller, chairman unit, delegate units, cabling and any amplification are priced together against your seat count. Send us the number of seats and the room dimensions and we quote the same day. WhatsApp +880 1979-234342.

The chairman unit has
priority
— it can mute every delegate currently speaking. That is the functional difference; capsule, construction and audio performance are otherwise the same within a series. You order one chairman unit and the rest as delegates.

One per participant seat, plus one chairman unit. Count seats rather than expected attendees — a chamber with 24 fixed positions needs 24 units.

No on the wired series — units are passive and powered from the controller at DC 24V over the same cable that carries audio and control. The wireless CY-7153 series runs on a 2500 mAh battery giving 12–14 hours of speaking time, and charges over Type-C while still in use.

Yes. We survey the room, plan cable routes and unit positions, install, commission and train your staff. Conference systems fail more often from poor room acoustics and bad cable planning than from equipment faults, so the survey is where most of the value sits.

Yes. DigiMark Solution is the Authorized C-YARK Distributor for Bangladesh. Every unit is officially imported with manufacturer warranty, and service is handled locally by our own team.
